Class show and tell

The world seems to have gone a bit crazy, doesn’t it? Hopefully you can escape for a while here…….

In the second week at the quilt shop, Anne-Maree had chosen the fabrics for the corners for her “Mrs Billings Coverlet” (she’s going to do my border instead of the original)

and in class I showed her how to make the first one

Sue and I chose a backing for her “Erika’s Quilt

and in class she was adding the surrounds to her “Circle of Sisters” blocks

Pearl was having a ball fussy cutting fabrics for a new quilt “Melba Kaleidoscope

and the blocks will look like this

Andrea wasn’t sure how to go about fussy cutting so we had a lesson in that and she had fun prepping these stars

Peggy started sewing on her borders

Lois has started on the Quiltmania BOM for 2020, and she bought herself a new tin

and Ann-Marie cut and prepped miles of binding for the three baby quilts she’s making!
