This fabulous ice-cream, is super delicious, super easy to make – requires no ice-cream making or lots of mixing and re-freezing – and can be varied as desired. It comes from Britain’s Queen of the Kitchen, Mary Berry.
(I use Vanilla Bean Paste – 2 teaspoons – instead of Vanilla Extract)
