Class show and tell

Again, it was lovely to see familiar and new faces at the first class of the year at Sewn and Quilted all enthusiastic to begin another year of stitching….

Morning

Jennifer received her machine sampler quilt back from quilting

and decided to try out some hand piecing

Louise was finishing up her binding, and using this delightful pin cushion which she received as a gift

Louise is also making “Sweet Sunday” and so close to getting the piecing done!

Carole is working on “Vermont Summer Medallion” borders

Sue E added borders to her quilt

and I helped Jo with fabric placement for her next round of borders on “Hedgerow

Afternoon

Tineke received her “Ronda Dechardo” BOM back from quilting

and she had a lesson in Polyfuse for an applique project

Cheryl is having oodles of fun with a tumbler quilt

Jane is squaring up her hexie star quilt

Frances started a new project, getting a lesson in the start of foundation piecing, and we all admired her gorgeous new robin tin

and Lesley joined us for the first time and was EPP’ing hexies

  1. Lovely to get a little glimpse of these class pics again Meredith. And ‘Sweet Sunday’ is always a treasure to see, great pattern + great skillz = a happy collison!
