Morning
Linda has finished another round of her “Vermont Summer Medallion”

and in class she was making hexagons for the centre of “Tea and Cake”

Jo spent the week cutting squares and triangles and also almost finished one border

then in class she made the star for the centre of “Hedgerow“

I helped Leanne choose some fabrics for her up-coming class with Rachaeldaisy

and she is also doing some embroidery

Carole embroidered “Bonjour!” onto her cushion

and started on another “Fossick” block

Fernanda has made a new cover for her lap app

and in class I showed her how to trim some blocks and make a pieced circle

Sue S made two more of her blocks

and Denise completed another final border of her “June Dyson Coverlet“

Afternoon
Fernanda did some more applique for her centre of “Strafford Manor”

then attached some of the diamonds she cut out last week onto border strips

Tineke made 5 blocks of “Crossroads” and cut out some more which we grouped into sets

Linda worked on more blocks of “Bessie Creek Road“

Sue S made some hexagons

and Cheryl cut and prepped the next round of her Diamond TAW

which will follow on from the yellow
