Current favourite project

I feel as if I’ve been tracing and cutting for days on my “Rocks and Whetstones“…….

Oh wait…..that’s probably because I have been!

I finally finished cutting out the last of the large triangles on Monday – all 252 of them – plus 40 small triangles and 136 squares (fingers crossed my maths are right!). They’re all prepped, ready to be stitched into sashings

and just to break the monotony, I’ve finished stitching the surrounds of all 9 blocks now too.

and as of Monday evening, sashing making has commenced

Your posts are such inspiration for so many, including me. I am so immersed in my current machine project I have trouble leaving it!!! Poor Carol is going to be inundated with quilt tops when this isolation situation is over!!! 🤗
