Class show and tell

At Sewn and Quilted this week……

Linda spoilt us by bringing along a delicious banana bread she’d made

Morning

Jo had her baby quilt top finished

and in class she cut and prepped for a new quilt, completing the first block

Linda has finished the centre of her “Strafford Manor” and brought it along to show us

and in class she sorted and started prepping for the next round of her “Bessie Creek Road” BOM

Carole did more work on her binding

and Denise made two and nearly a third block of her new project

and Sue E had to whizz off early and she packed up and left so quickly I didn’t get a chance to photograph her work – next time!

Afternoon

Linda stayed all day and for the afternoon session was hand quilting

Cheryl has finished her first “Floristic” block

and in class she cut some centres

and some background pieces

France has another of her blocks finished

and in class she did some more cutting, layering up her fabrics for quick cutting and attaching notes on the sizes for ease of reference

Jane cut out and very nearly finished attaching the next round for her quilt

and Fernanda worked on her applique
