Class show and tell


Sue E stitched more corners onto her “Bessie Creek Road BOM” blocksColette had a lesson in log cabin blocks, making the first of 11 for her bagCarole continued stitching her blocksand Jo had all her woolly pieces cut out (with some thanks going to a grand daughter!) and had a lesson in how to start piecing them together with embroidery stitches


Two students stayed all day;  Lyn and I made up a backing for her Christmas quilt and she left it to be quiltedLinda did more appliqueand we chose some Liberty corners for her Liberty and Linen Double Wedding Ringand with the other students; Cheryl had put together her little animals quilt topand in class made hexagons for this projectFernanda has finished her “Pot Pourri” quilt topand in class made more “Bloom” blocksCathie had added the latest round of blocks to her topand in class worked on basket blocksFrances and I worked on finishing her baby quilt topthe other Lyn made more of her star blocksJane finished two more “Sweet Sunday” blocksand Tineke did some serious cutting outMeredithe x
