Class show and tell

Morning

Linda brought in a delicious orange cake to share (we’re being very spoilt of late!)Marilyn stitched up some “Sweet Sunday” blocksSue E cut and prepped final bordersand Carole trimmed her blocks and put the first two together

Afternoon

Three students stayed all day;  Linda hand quilted in the morningand started appliqueing the pentagon flowers to her “Frances” quilt in the afternoonCarylin laid out some flowers to broderie perse on her quiltand in the afternoon she hand quiltedand Lyn machine quilted her table runnerWith the other students, Frances brought in her completed “Frances Quilt” top and we discussed how to finish it, deciding to bag it and it will be used as a very special table cloth and she worked on putting her  4-patch quilt togetherCheryl did some more embroidery on her blocksand Jane prepped and sewed some blocks on her “Sweet SundayMeredithe x
