Today’s class show and tell is from Sewn and Quilted.

Morning

Di Ford-Hall’s new fabric range had arrived, so Carylin had a little retail therapy, determined not to miss out on any!Satisfied and shopping done, she settled down to some more hand quiltingSue E made up the first of her 9-patch blocks and added corner trianglesand Carole worked on her next squares block

Afternoon

Anne Maree stayed all day and we chose fabrics for 3 more applique blocks, which she then prepped and started to stitchCheryl brought in her very cute finished sewing caseand she’s made a start on the “Star a Day” patternJane stitched up 4 more of her blocksSue M had more “Woodlands” tree funFrances put all her 4-patch blocks together and we sorted them into rowsTineke did more embroidery on her bagand Maria joined us for some experimentation with machine appliqueMeredithe x
