In the post of late have been this new pattern from Liz at Broderiecalled “Dear Little Dillies” from a new range by Liz “It’s in the Bag”.   They look so cute, don’t they?and the new mailing from Treehouse Textiles – always so great for scrappy quilts!  Ooh, and perfect for a little Dilly Bag!

Lovely Meredithe. I must admit that I do have a couple of squishy parcels coming too. One from Hobart – Hugs & Kisses, one from BeBeBold & another still to be sorted from Ava & Neve. Can’t wait. I have cleaned out my sewing room and culled by about 1/4 so am busting to get in to some new projects – but NO quilts at this stage. My 17ufo’sin2017 busted me totally so I am ready for some different new projects. I also received a not so squishy parcel last week that contained another Yoko Saito Book – love this ladies work. At the moment I am doing some Japanese Boro, Red Poppies for Remembrance Day – 62,000 required for Anzac Parade in Canberra in November, Granny Coat Hangers and prepping lots of stitcheries for this years Road Trip. I am going to start the 365 Perpetual Calendar, but not in a hurry to finish that one & also the Brimfield Blocks. Got a few knitting things that I also want to tackle too. Looks like we will be hitting the 200 UFO’s between our three groups. The final group aren’t meeting until February, so will let you know as soon as we have Tallied the final number. Thank you for sharing your interesting projects and info with us, Annie

Ordered my pattern for dilly bag two days ago….should be here next week I hope!! Not that I need another project, but……you know how it is!

My latest parcel wasn’t squishy – it was a book! I succumbed to “No scrap left behind” by Amanda Jean Nyberg (Crazy Mom Quilts). Lots of super projects – several could be considered for addition to my “6 New” list ……. which already has a dozen possible projects on it!

  4. Is this to be one of your New projects?

  5. Well, those are cute! I’m trying to use up stuff this year and not by a lot of new. However, I AM going to a LQS tomorrow with a friend, so you never know…..

Thank you for taking the time to comment - reading them makes my day!
