Squealers

Last Saturday Cathie kindly offered her home for our Squealers gathering.  Cathie and Mr Cathie have worked hard over the last two years since buying their home to renovate and redecorate, to great effect.with touches of colour in the quilts dotted aroundCathie knitted the grey cushion above and is now knitting a mustard oneMiss E is knitting too and had some lovely Tilda fabrics to show usHelen is still madly appliqueingand Andrea saw these coasters at an op shop and bought them for Helen (who is an Audrey-ophile)Miss F was stitching her “Ruby MayKaren is getting close to finishing this oneas is Maree with hersand I stitched another of my new blocks (this one might be my favourite yet!)Before long Cathie had the fire going to ward off the Winter chills, with a lamp glowing in the gathering gloom to ward off yet another swathe of dark grey clouds dropping rain and of course the kettle boiling away to make cuppas to accompany our treats!(Thought that was never coming, didn’t you?!)
