Leanne cut and started piecing the corners of her “Carousel” (pattern by Sandra Boyle, Everyday Quilts)Denise worked on her next block
Jo machine stitched her diamond border on and hand finished the corners
and Sue E has just one more seam to stitch to complete block 2 of the “Matilda” BOM
Afternoon
Lyn stayed all day, and in the morning added a rod pocket to her Advent Calendarand in the afternoon started on another Christmas themed piece, tracing and starting the embroidery
Carylin stayed all day too and worked on another of her applique/embroidery blocks
Cheryl’s quilt was back from quilting
so she chose, cut, prepped and machined the binding on, and started the hand stitching of it too
Fernanda has finished block one of her “Matilda”
and she cut and prepped all the pieces for block two
and Jane finished one centre and started the embroidery on another for her BOM
