Denise tried out a centre for her “Carouseland together, looking at colour and print value we chose another setCarole cut a side and corner piece and stitched them inMarilyn made more setsThis is one of the three sets Jo put together ready to stitch upSue E has three blocks completedLeanne is working on the diamond borders and Beth had a yo-yo lesson; I think she’s a bit addicted!

Afternoon

Frances has finished the triangle top for her niece – who is delighted with itso with that off to the quilter, Frances brought in an oldie which we discovered had all the bits cutand after a couple of hours sewing, Frances had these which will end up looking something like thisJane has two rows of her DWR together, and we had a discussion on size and borders to keep Jane encouraged – we’ve determined she’s currently 1/3 of the way thereHelen and I worked on some fabric choices for a new block for her quiltLinda finished appliqueing her clam shells to the border (I snaffled this picture as she was about to leave)and looking to her next project, Linda has chosen “The Welsh Quilt” with these Day in the Country spots for her backgrounds that have just arrived at the shop.and Lyn was in class all day and bravery soldiered on with the machine appliqué on her 80 blocks

    Tons of inspiration everywhere I look!! The fabrics are so fresh and crisp!!!! Makes me want to go stitch…….UNfortunately it’s 9:20 pm and the day is definitely finished!!! LOL!!!! Tomorrow………..thanks so much for sharing!!!!
