  1. Wow to all of them! I particularly love the darkish, richly-coloured fabrics that Sue (and you) chose.

  2. Linda says:

I can’t believe that these lovely doileys were going to be thrown away! Thank you, Fernanda, for rescuing them. I am looking forward to seeing photos of what you make with them. Well done!!!

  3. Karen Goad says:

I just always love seeing all the hand piecing going on and so glad to see it. So often I feel like that besides me and a few others in blog land that no one enjoys that anymore – it is so nice to sit back with some fabric, mark the seam lines and put it back together again. And to take your time and enjoy!

  4. A wonderful and productive day!

It is so cold, wet* and getting dark here that your wonderful post full of vibrant fabrics had lifted my spirits!!
*if it goes on like this we may have to take to an ark!!

  6. Barb Vedder says:

those carousel blocks are so fun! thanks for sharing so many colorful projects.

  7. Hi Meredithe, I adore those carousel blocks! I want to make a few cushions for our flat as we’re getting a new sofa and these would be great for the front of a cushion! Your blog inspires me as always! Thank you! Lucy xxxxxxxx
