Eliott Stitchers

Another enjoyable day with friends yesterday, again at GJ’s with more soup for lunch

Heather finished off this sweet Madeleine outfit for her teacher daughter to wear to the school’s Book Week.

   and she’s knitting socks too
Amanda is making a bag she started in a class with Marg Sampson George (MSG) last weekend – too cute!

Carolyn was putting together some of her Lucy Boston pieces
I prepped and stitched up three more margagons

and started stitching some hexies together for my MSG.
and GJ did some more hand quilting with I forgot to photograph. – oops, sorry GJ!

Is knitting socks infectuous? I started knitting socks about 1 and a half years ago after a friend showed some lovely knitted socks. And although I work very slow, only finished one pair and working on the second sock from the second pair, I like it a lot. Many greetings

  4. I’m surprised you manage to do any photography at all, what with all you must be doing and talking about!

these posts are always fun to see. That Madeline Dress is awesome! I had a Madeline themed B-day party for my daughter when she was little. What a great character.

Thank you for taking the time to comment - reading them makes my day!
