Good luck with Gypsy Wife, I got to about month 8, and gave up,and made two quilts out of the blocks after I’d built them up to 12inches, but I’m sure with you’re guidance she will succeed.

  2. Beautiful show and tell, a great stitching day.

Every week when you post show and tell I’m in awe of what everyone is creating. This week I’m particularly intrigued by Josephine’s circle star blocks and her use of the printed fabric as the background. It just struck me as out of the box and how lovely it all looked. A reminder to me that backgrounds don’t have to be in the back ground.

Wonderful show and tell! I just love to see the variety of projects.:)

  8. Oh my, that Mrs B is stunning (oh dear, mine is languishing, neglected, in the studio ….). My vote this week goes to Fiona’s Lucy Boston – beautiful use of colours. But of course as always I am impressed with the skills of your students!!
