  1. A little progress is better than no progress – and of course I will make no progress on my triangles over the next three weeks!!

At least you did something this month, where as I did absolutely nothing. But hopefully there’s still time to catch up. I love the soft colours you are using.

  3. Janine says:

I think you should be let off this month . You have been looking after the kettles .

Prepping your block is most of the work done. I’m sure the chief Auntlet will understand.

Haha — I’m laughing at your commenters. Not sure whether I should be the nun with the ruler and crack your knuckles or just be myself LOL! Of course you’re forgiven — we allow all schedules here haha. And being in your position of taking care of parents, I certainly understand the delays. Your block looks beautiful — as always, your colors are perfect. And trust me — four little triangles are going to seem like a vacation after big blocks PLUS pieced blocks every month!

  6. Karen Ruta says:

Your appliqué block is beautiful, especially your fussy cut pink petals. And as Rachaeldaisy says, the prep work is the hardest part.

Sometimes we just drive ourselves a tad crazy with all the “fun” deadlines we impose……and then “life” intervenes! Your fabric choices are so pretty and so ‘Springy’….perfect for us here in the part of the world where that yearly battle of the seasons continues. Snow showers all day yesterday with 45 mph wind gusts went a long ways to take away the feel of April/Spring. My tulips are definitely in shock!

Thank you for taking the time to comment - reading them makes my day!
