Firstly I need to apologise for the quality of this week’s photos – I forgot the camera and had to use my phone!!!
Nanette has finished her split 9-patch quilt
She’s decided to call it the “Miracle Quilt” as she feels it’s a miracle that it was finished! Nanette then started cutting out squares – all 144 of them! – for her 36-patch blocks, and started to stitch one up
Peggy is trundling along with her Log Cabin blocks
Lisa has another star block made
Josephine started basting down her second hexie border for Mrs B
Jane cut and appliquéd for her corner blocks
Carylin is also appliquéing – for setting triangles
Sue 1 is progressing well with her hexie centre
Sue 2 set up and started appliquéing a dog tooth border
and Chris worked on another little Mrs B border – this is just to get some perspective for you!
Very much a case of little and large – but equally as time consuming!
