Saturday Sewing

We trooped out to the lovely Miss E’s home last Saturday for a delightful afternoon of sewing, scoffing and……hmm can’t complete that alliteration ‘cos I can’t think of an “s” for talking! Maybe “shooting the breeze”?!

Mrs Mac’s sewing machine must be smoking!!

Miss E had a beautiful cashmere scarf to show us

20140409-115752.jpgI thought it was made just for me; chintz roses, paisley and spots!

Miss E was also working on some flying geese, timber though, not fabric!

Now some of these girls must never sleep (Mrs. Mac) Miss E. may find a few flowers removed if she brings her shawl to another gathering and Miss C might have to keep her newest find securely hidden :0). Looks like another wonderful day.

3rd ‘s’= “sharing” cuz that is what that group is great at!!!! Hugs….

  3. Well, I think Miss E should give you that shawl – it is so you!! Mrs Mac certainly has been busy. I have a set of drawers like that (Ikea) and I have lots of pretty papers – all I need is an extra few hours in the day!!
