Class Show and Tell

Eleven students in class this week, so I was a busy teacher, moving from one to the next, allotting tasks, keeping them busy…….no slacking allowed!!

Carolyn has finished sashing her blocks….

Cathie showed us one of two quilts she’s making for a friend who’s having twins…..

Lorraine is starting something new….

Sue 1 cut her final borders for Mrs B and started laying out her pyramids

Danielle has tried her hand at appliqué….

    Everyone has a creative eye in choosing beautiful and interesting fabric combinations. That’s always a challenging aspect in quilting. Thumbs up for your talented students.

    I know I have said it before in your comments, but I SOOOO wish I was able to join your group of ladies! I love seeing their projects and they all pick such great fabrics! I see that the Farmer’s Wife quilts aren’t going out of style yet. I have my book and templates … just need a push to get started.

    I use a hole punch to make a hole in my paper pieces. When the time comes, it is very easy then to pop the papers out. Love seeing what all is going on in “class”.
