Serene Sunday

One upon a time on a Sunday, there was a quilter sitting home alone. She had no social commitments for the day and her Golfer had gone to golf…….what else was a girl who’s just “re-discovered” EPP to do??!!

She had fabric packs and papers to hand….

They looked like they’d play together nicely…..

and before she knew it, there was a tin full of pretty, colourful, delightful hexagons!!

The End!

Or is it the beginning of an addiction??!!

Happy stitching

It is not the beginning of an addiction. You are already an addict. You just went down another avenue!

too funny, i am sitting here doing 1/2 inch hexie snowflakes just for fun, i have no idea where i am headed, but in light of no other hand project right now they are just for fun.

those are beautiful fabrics! have fun stitching can’t wait to see what you come up with.

  13. How many hexies did you get from each fabric square? Nice fabrics! Will you appliqué them or piece them all together? Perhaps you’ll just stock pile them for now until you find the need for them?

  14. Oh I love Hexies. I cut all my fabric into 2.5 by 2.5in squares. Maybe I should look at buying them cut next time. Have fun!
