It’s school holidays here in Victoria, so it was a very small class today. Now you know I don’t put photos of people on my blog, except for me or at their request, but here’s my students today, waving a “hello” to you all…..
…and here’s how much they achieved!!
Lorraine had another almost-finished-let’s-get-it-finished project….
….and she’s back to working on her stars….
Sue 2 had her Mouse Blanket finished…
…looks great with that turquoise backing, doesn’t it?? Would you like a close up of the mice?….
…those meeces are having far too much fun, aren’t they??!! Sue spent class time cutting out 60 triangles and almost the same number of ovals….
Cathie’s Autumn Leaf quilt is at the quilters (yippee!), and with the left over leaves, she’s decided to make some cushions, like this….
…and in class, Cathie has chosen her next quilt, so she made her first blocks in a new technique…
…from this gorgeous book (available at Quilts in the Barn over the weekend – don’t forget to bring cash if you want one!) by Petra Prins and An Moonen…..
….and by the end of class Cathie had another two blocks made and 9 more sets ready to go!!
Productive little vegemites, weren’t they?!
