Monday Stitching

Yesterday the clouds and rain were back after Sunday’s sunshine, and a day of stitching with even more friends sounded like a great idea. So it was off to Linda’s to hear all about her trip to France and see her show and tell. You’ll have to keep checking Linda’s blog (at the link above) to see all of that!!

When we came back to earth after viewing all Linda’s spoils, Deb had two quilt tops for show and tell and Kim had a finished quilt, with a beautifully embroidered block she’d stitched to make up the number of squares needed – clever girl!

20130520-171647.jpgDeb also had some gorgeous pear door stops – I would be using them for pin cushions!!

20130520-172030.jpgand a cute little pink and yellow op-shop find that’s now a sewing box!

There was lots of other stitching happening, but we, ok I, was too busy talking to take photos – sorry. Will remedy that next month!

Happy stitching
