Well it’s taken over an hour just to sort through the 120+ photos from the weekend, whittle them down, sort them, collage them…..phew!! I have enough here for posts for the whole week! Shan’t bore you all for that long though. Suffice to say it was a fab weekend away with seven other sewing
fiends, er friends.
Our destination was Heburn Springs, however, we went via Geelong! For those of you not familiar with Victoria’s geography, we headed south west instead of north west! Just a little diversion!!
Why head that way, you ask? Well we wanted to visit Jennifer at A Piece of Cloth, having enjoyed seeing her at the Box Hill Town Hall for the Dear Jane exhibition earlier this year. And we were not disappointed!! The store is set amongst old buildings from a paper mill, dating back to 1876.
After a fond farewell to Cousin J (some people’s New Best Friend!!), our next stop was Millrose, always a delight…
Finally we arrived at our destination…..…
