Well the summer holidays must be over as school started this week, and of course, we’re back to class at Somerset Patchwork.
My students had all been busy over the holidays, but not with their sewing! Never mind, there’s plenty of time now for a bit of stitching.
Sue 2 though was the exception and is galloping along with her Mrs Billings – just feast your eyes on this….
Lorraine started stitching her hexagons together
Lyn was busy cutting out another block for her Material Obsession Block of the Month quilt
Bonnie was sewing her very cute, tiny Dresden Plates
Peggy set up a machine applique block
and Cathy finished appliqueing a flower
So despite no sewing over the summer break, they were all very inspired and diligent in class!
